Music has always been a part of my soul and energy, since as long as I can remember. Life is complete as long as music exists...at least that's the way it feels for me. It's a big part of who I am, because it plays inside me every day, all the time.
In
2003/2004 twelve of my original songs were produced and then released
nationwide to a surprising degree of success! What a lot of fun this
was... The album has been reviewed by music lovers world-wide (see
"Wreviews" page) and aired on many FM radio stations. One of the
highlights of the release was being a guest on "Brother Wease in the
Morning" in Rochester, New York for two days in a row. The music
reached over 350,000 listeners in both the U.S. and Canada, with people
calling in with comments and questions. It really was a ball, and very
exciting.

I
was set to tour the album, was signing with a
reputable music agent and had already garnered a wonderful attorney in
Manhattan (Steven Tyler's attorney) but a family crisis occurred which
demanded my immediate and extensive attention for many months, pretty
much ending the momentum created at the outset of the release. Oh,
well...there are more important things in life, like our loved ones.
One thing for certain: I learned a great deal from the whole production
and release, supporting performances and interviews for both television
and radio. I learned what I'm capable of and I received some nice
validation and support for my artistic expressions. I still write and
wake up hearing music rhythms, melodies and song hooks. THAT continues
to invigorate me each day...having a song in my heart and a beat in my
step wherever I go.
