Quality, diversity, education and support; put it all together and you get easy. Before I went into the computer industry, I was a surgical dental assistant. I also spent two months living on an alpaca farm and visiting several more. I know clean, and I know farms, and I can attest with absolute certainty that Wren Owens' farm is one of the best-kept farms in the business. Biohazard controls are second nature to me, but very difficult for some people; I have seen the best in the alpaca business do it in Colorado, and I would rank Wren with them any day.
Contracts and legally-binding documents are also near and dear to my heart, being that they drive the military contracting world and that I recently went through a court case. Wren's contracts are extremely clear and comprehensive, and they have been adopted by scores of farms not becausae there weren't other examples out there, but because hers are the best.
Wren Owens is knowledgeable, caring, and committed to the well-being of both her alpacas and her clients. I, just like dozens of other clients and friends and all our alpacas, have every reason to be grateful for her and the efforts she puts forth on our behalf. I am thankful she was there for me throughout my time in the alpaca business.

Like many alpaca owners, we're constantly pulled in many directions at once and sometimes what we'd like to make a priority ends up at the bottom of the pile. All kinds of things get in the way: husbandry issues pop up among our alpacas...the needs of and our obligations to our families demand our attention...or we're just plain exhausted and either don't or can't market the way we know we should.

| Being a new business owner with very little knowledge of bloodlines, color, breeding, etc. I was looking for someone who would take the time to answer my questions and explain in layman's terms the things I didn't understand. Wren Owens was that person. Before she would even point me in a direction she asked me several questions and helped me figure out for myself just exactly what I was attempting to add to my herd. Once I narrowed down what I was looking for, she suggested several animals, but invited me to look over every breeding male she had on her site.
I have the utmost respect for Wren Owens and her business practices. I learned so much from her and will model parts of my own business after hers. I will use her again for purchasing alpacas, and when I have animals of my own to sell I will have her act as my broker.

| Wren is a genius. She always has the right thing to say at the right time. What I like most is that she helped me without jumping the gun and trying to sell my herd. She knows how much I love my boys and this business, and she would do everything to help me keep them. She listened to me and understood what I wanted and what I loved to do, and she took that information and ran with it.
